Hello all! I am a 20-something PhD student of mathematics, studying at a University in England. I craft (as I think most people do!) to stay sane these days. Currently I knit, crochet and cross stitch, but I certainly want to try other avenues of crafting (at the moment the main ones vying for attention are spinning, quilting and dress-making).
As well as crafting, I also read lots, and I am currently thinking of ways to incorporate the books I love into my crafting.

Ooh, thanks! And well done for getting nominated yourself!
Hi, do you have the pattern for the Dick Bruma baby blanket? I made one for my son 30 years ago but have lost the pattern. I would really like to have a copy. Do you have it or know where I can buy it please?
Best wishes
Carmel.
Hi, I don’t have the pattern any more- I was just lent it to make the blanket from. However, I have searched the internet, and the original comes from Family Circle, and the pattern was released in installments, with the first part given out in January 1988. You might have to search a bit to find it, good luck with that!
